The price is 25,000 baht a month multiplied by 18 comes to 450,000 baht and an additional 100,000 refundable key deposit. The hotel has an option for 3 more years upon experation of the lease or can buy outright for 9 mil baht. Hotel does about 1.2 mil anually and costs about 600,000 to operate anually.
