Looking to stay for several month

I would like to stay In Chaam, from Oct till April or longer. Looking for a house to share or a lady who needs a roomate. My plan is to retire in Thailand. I drink very seldom. maybe a beer or two is all, never smoked. Don't do drugs. Do not like Pattaya. So if anyone can help me, that would be good. So lets talk.
