Very quiet area, located 5 kms north of the town of Cha-am, you have all the conviences of shopping and restaurants of Cha-am and Hua Hin, but when you leave and go home, its like living in your own resort, quiet, county style living and the beach as your front door. The house is very large with three floors, fully furnished, good size yard with trees, parking for two cars, veranda decks on each floor, all with sliding floor to ceiling glass doors for maximum ventilation from the beach and for great views. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, TV room, dining room and family room provides plenty of space for all. Pets welcome but no drop-kicks please.
