By posting a classified advertisement on Chaam-classifieds.com, you agree to be bound by our terms of use.
Chaam-classifieds.com reserves the right to reject a submitted ad, to choose the relevant category for an ad, and to choose the page and location on the page where the ad will be placed.
Chaam-classifieds.com doesn't use a login/password identification. Publishers are identified by their email address. When filling in the submission form, publishers must submit their own valid email address.
Publishers can modify or remove their ads by sending an email to Chaam-classifieds.com at the address mentioned on the "Contact" page, which can be found via a link at the bottom of every page.
Publishers are sole responsible for the content of their ads. The ads posted shall not infringe any intellectual property, shall not pertain to goods or services of which you are not the lawful owner or you do not have the authority or consent to list and shall not pertain to information that is either prohibited or restricted under the laws of Thailand.
Chaam-classifieds.com is not involved in the actual transaction between a seller and a buyer. Chaam-classifieds.com does not make any representations or warranties regarding information appearing in the ads and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any of the goods or services listed in the ads. Chaam-classifieds.com is not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or as a result of any sale, purchase or exchange of goods and services with other users.
